Masters and Aqua Training News

Welcome to 2012 to all swimmers.

**********************************************************************************************

BPSC has Masters sessions on the following evenings

Monday     8.30-9.30pm

Tuesday    8-9.30pm

Friday         7-8pm

We are also hoping to reinstate our early bird Wednesday swimming (5.30-7am) - this would be a 50m training session, if enough interest is shown.

                                                Aqua sessions

Mon 7-30-8-30, Tues 7-00 to 8.00pm and

Fri 6-00 to 7.00pm.

These sessions cater for children who wish to swim in a training session within a competitive environment.  Some no longer wish to compete in galas or may choose to do only a few, and wish to pursue interests such as triathlon, so these sessions cater for their needs, whilst still correcting strokes and encouraging stamina, fitness and fun.
